Our ref: FOI-1540-2021

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 13 November, 2020 asking for information about buses.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and our Information Access Policy. I can confirm we do hold some of the information you requested. You asked:

Could you please provide details for the TfL routes that traverse the South Norwood area, namely , 75,130,157,196,197,410, of the amount of recorded lost mileage due to traffic delays for July 20, August 20 and September 20, and the corresponding months for 2019.

Please find attached the information you requested.

The data is provided by reporting periods (covering July-September 2019 and 2020) as we do not report by months. The data is in miles and percentages (of scheduled mileage). Operated and Lost (including Traffic) mileage is applicable to the whole route length in both directions. Although bus operators apply relevant cause codes to missing segments in specific areas, these figures do not represent the volume of disruptive events in those very areas as the delays and cancellations might occur elsewhere along the route.

Could you also please provide any air pollution monitoring figures you have for the South Norwood High Street/ South Norwood Hill/ Selhurst Road area for the same time periods.

We do not hold air pollution monitoring figures, however air quality data is publicly available on the following websites:
