Please can you provide the following ,
The numbers of Taxi's entering congestion charge zone (during hours of charging) between 01/05/18 and 31/08/18,by daily average for each month, & monthly total of taxis that entered Cz at least once (unique)
Also if costs permit please inform me the number of year 18 registration plate taxis (ie ZEC taxis) entering the zone in the above format

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 6 September 2018 asking for information about taxis entering our congestion charging zones.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
Please see the below table which details the numbers of taxis and private hire vehicles detected in the Congestion Charge zone, during charging hours. We have identified the ZEC (Zero Emmissions Capable) taxis from our data which gives a more accurate result rather than based on year 18 registration plates which we have also included in the tables below.
