Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require. You asked: Could you provide as much detail as possible about how legal work was distributed between the law firms on TfL's legal panel. i.e., which firms did what and, if possible to disclose, how much they were paid. Please find the requested information on the firms on our legal panel and the areas they cover attached. We publish information on all expenditure over £250 on our website, this can be filtered to identify spend with law firms: https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/publications-and-reports/expenditure Under section 21 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to provide you with information which is reasonably accessible by other means.
