Eligibility for maternity leave is statutory. Occupational maternity pay varies depending on contractual terms and conditions. TfL’s guidance on maternity leave can be found in the attached polices. Please note the maternity leave guidance for TfL employees (including Professional Services, Surface Transport non-Operation and London Rail) and Rail for London Limited has been extracted from a larger document covering TfL’s work-life balance policies.
