Land at Bath Road, Hounslow
Good Afternoon,
Having raised an enquiry with Hillingdon Council they confirmed Bath Road (road adjacent to my client’s site) was not maintained by them (see Council map attached). We then reviewed the TfL road network and this confirmed Bath Road is maintained by TfL, which can be seen using the following link and from the snippets below -https://www.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=5129c766255941d3be16a6828faa8f18
There is a small section of freehold land running across the front of my client’s site that is owned by TfL. Presently it’s unclear whether this section is maintained as part of the TfL Road network, this land can be seen on the attached Register Plan (AGL206663).
My client is an Independent Network Operator and will require access in this land to reach their apparatus being installed to the adjacent site, there is also proposed DNO cabling being laid across this land. We require confirmation please as to whether the land in plan AGL206663 is maintained by TfL, please can we have confirmation?

Title AGL206663 is owned by TfL freehold and the title is within the TLRN so we are highway authority so we will manage and maintain this land.
