We have received a report of an incident that occurred on xx/xx/xx on the 418 bus from Epsom to Kingston. At approx. xx.xx the victim boarded the bus at xxxxxx in Epsom. There was an altercation with the driver which resulted in the victim having a panic attack and an ambulance being called. The bus driver is described as xxxxxxxxxxx The victim has been liaising with xxxxxxxxxx. Please could you provide us with the name of the bus driver and contact details and advise whether the incident was captured on CCTV, what this shows and whether there is any audio. TfL does not hold the requested information. London's bus services are operated by private bus companies on behalf of TfL. Bus drivers are employed by those companies rather than TfL, and CCTV on London buses is the responsibility of the company that runs that particular service or route. If you require access to CCTV footage from a bus or information about staff you should contact the company who operates that particular route.
