Request ID: FOI-1518-2223 Date published: 20 October 2022
You asked
Would you please provide info for this year campaign (2022) and previous years Graduate campaigns?
1) Percentage of successful applicants for each group age? And total number of positions offered to each year group (20's, 30's, 40's, etc)? For instance, if we say that 6% of the available positions were offer to a group, I would like to know how many (for instance 3 positions)
2) Total number of successful applicants for each group age? (20's, 30's, 40's, etc)
3) Total number of applicants for each group in each year. From the initial pool of applications to the scheme, what percentage belong to each group category ?
4) How each age group performs in relation of number of successful applicants( especially those belonging to the 30-40 yrs. old group and 40 and above year group).
5) Of those offers made to anyone outside the 20-30 age group, can you please confirm how many were internal promotions or other routes? I don't need to know which route, just how many were from outside Graduate Campaign. For example, say that you have offered 2 positions to the 40+ group: I need to know if any of those two allocations were as a result of internal promotions or transfer or direct entrance through the Graduated campaign
