The bus stop in question is stop J on xxxx, Twickenham, Middlesex Tw2.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 22nd September 2022 asking for a copy of a letter about the positioning of a bus stop. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“I would like to make a request for a letter sent to xxx Twickenham, TW2 xxx about the positioning of the bus stop. It would have been sent between 2005-2015 or any correspondence you may have in relation to a bus stop located outside xxx, Twickenham, Middlesex TW2 xxx.
The bus stop in question is stop J on xxx, Twickenham, Middlesex Tw2.”
Having searched records in our Customer Services, Bus Operations and Asset Operations teams no such correspondence has been found, and I can therefore only conclude that TfL does not hold the requested information. Note that under our Records Management policy nearly all such records will be deleted after 7 years, and so any correspondence dating back 7 to 17 years (the timeframe outlined in your request) is unlikely to have been retained.
