I would like the total amount of fares paid using an oystercard, the total number of journeys and the total number of separate oyster card holders for a 12 month period (last 12 months, last financial/reporting/calendar year - whichever is easier) for journeys that meet the following criteria:
1. The journey was paid for using an oyster card on which there was a current annual TfL season ticket.
2. The journey was not covered by the oyster card holders annual season ticket and therefore incurred an additional charge.
3. The fare would have been eligible for a discount had the oyster card user had a gold card applied to their oyster card
4. The user did not have a gold card applied to their account and therefore did not receive the discount

Thank you for your email received by us on 20 August 2019 asking for information about journeys taken by Oyster card holders with annual season ticket travel.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. you asked for:
the total amount of fares paid using an oystercard, the total number of journeys and the total number of separate oyster card holders for a 12 month period (last 12 months, last financial/reporting/calendar year - whichever is easier) for journeys that meet the following criteria:

Whilst we only retain Oyster data for a period of eight weeks rather than the above timeframe, unfortunately we do not record the information you are seeking in the requested format.
