TfL Ref: FOI 1512-1718

Thank you for your email received on 5 September 2018 asking for information regarding incidents on the transport network.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our Information Access Policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked for:

An excel sheet showing the number of reported incidents to TfL's 'Report it to stop' it campaign from 2015-2018 and the overall number of incidents of a sexual nature that occurred.

Eliminating unwanted sexual behaviour on public transport in London remains a priority for the Mayor, TfL and its policing partners. We are greatly encouraged by the increase in reports of sexual offences to the police which is a direct result of the efforts to raise awareness of the issue and encourage reporting through the work of Project Guardian and the Report It to Stop It campaign.

We produce a bulletin of crime and incident statistics to summarise crime and antisocial behaviour on our services, which includes sexual offences, which can be found here http://content.tfl.gov.uk/crime-statistics-bulletin-1718.pdf

In accordance with s21 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to try and supply the requested information if it is already accessible to you elsewhere.

Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.

Yours sincerely
