I would like to know 1.) the locations of existing hydrogen refuelling stations in London, and 2.) the locations of all planned hydrogen refuelling stations in London, and an expected release date for these.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 20 August 2019 asking for information about Public Access Hydrogen Refuelling Stations.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require.
There is currently one hydrogen refuelling station in Lea Interchange which is for public transport (bus) use only and another one is due to open in Perivale where the same will apply. More general information can be obtained from an external website on the wider hydrogen refuelling station picture.
There are other refuelling stations in London that are available to the public, however these are not owned or managed by TfL. We do not hold information on any future planned public stations.
A list of Hydrogen Stations Worldwide can be found at the following non-TfL website, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy or otherwise of the content. Both TfL stations Lea Interchange and Perivale are on the map:
