I hope this new information request finds this case management team with time to give feedback before September 12. This last response was helpful, but I am in need of knowing the exact dates the 51 alternative fuel buses running from Waterloo to Victoria and London Bridge were put on the street and into use. I know it must be some time shortly after the press releases on September 9 2016, but without the exact dates of the bus roll-outs, I cannot complete my thesis this semester. I am also interested in obtaining daily electricity data from the Waterloo, London Bridge, and Victoria charging stations for 2016. I have been in contact with Leon Daniels, Michael Kerslake, and David Harmsworth, but responses have been infrequent.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. Unfortunately we do not hold the information you require.

We do not directly operate buses, as bus operating companies operate them on our behalf. We therefore do not hold details on individual buses going into service as we don’t directly operate them.

Similarly we would not hold the electricity consumption information you have requested.

I am sorry we are unable to assist you further on this occasion.
