Request ID: FOI-1478-1819
Date published: 02 October 2018
You asked
F/on from FOI-1406
Are you able to provide me with information relating to how much PCN revenue was generated by Transport for London for each year ? It would be helpful if this figure was split between the initial PCN charge for each user and the early settlement charge.

Our ref: FOI-1478-1819/GH
Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 31 August 2018 asking for information about PCN revenue. I am sorry for the delay in replying.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold some of the information you require.
Payments received for PCNs issued for non-payment of the daily Congestion Charge for the last five financial years are recorded in the table below:

We are unable to breakdown the total payment received as we record income as a whole rather than at each settlement stage.
Furthermore, information about parking revenue is published by financial year rather than by calendar year and is available in the Red Routes section on our website: https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/publications-and-reports/red-routes.
If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable to access it for some reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.
If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
Yours sincerely
