Your request has been processed in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you requested. You asked:

Please may you confirm who took the decision to postpone Crossrail and when that decision was taken.

The Crossrail Ltd Board took the decision to open the central section between Paddington and Abbey Wood in Autumn 2019 on 29 August 2018.
