How many journeys were taken using police oyster cards every year for the last ten years?
(2007-2017, if you have preliminary data for 2018 YTD that would be good too)
Thank you for your time

Security is a high priority on our network, and we operate anti-crime measures across the entire transport system that the Police play an essential role in. They police London's transport network to tackle crime and antisocial behaviour, engaging with the public, staff and local communities to identify local concerns and take effective and appropriate action to deal with issues affecting the transport system.
All police officers and special constables working in the Metropolitan Police, the City of London Police and British Transport Police are entitled to free travel on TfL run services as a concession gifted by TfL/The Mayor.
Please see the following monthly breakdown of all travel taps from police Oyster cards on readers across the network from December 2017 to 20 August 2018. Whilst Police Oyster cards were launched in 2014, we have provided the data we have available in relation to your request.
