Could you please let me know if you would be able to provide the TfL Supplier report mentioned in an article by the New Civil Engineer.

Please find attached the TfL Voice of the Supplier report.

This internal report forms part of our continuing work to ensure we have a strong relationship with our supply chain, who support us in running and delivering a world class transport network. Our suppliers come from across the UK and help support economic growth both in London and across the country. While the report highlighted a number of positives about our relationship with suppliers, it also mentioned some areas where individual TfL suppliers perceive we could make improvements. We welcome all of the comments, feedback and contributions and we are already taking action where necessary to address them with our supply chain in the coming year.

We have redacted the names of suppliers from the report as this information is exempt from disclosure under s41(1) of the FOI Act, as it was provided to us in confidence and its disclosure would constitute a breach of confidence, by virtue of it being supplied to us under no obligation with no expectation that it would be shared for wider disclosure and shared externally.

Section 41(1) is an absolute exemption to the right of access and no further consideration of the public interest is required.
