Follow-on from FOI-4580-1718 / IRV-165-1718 / FS50737068: This query relates to an original Customer Compliant Ref of 11506306 from 9 February 2018 from an original feedback form submission of 7 February 2018. I would like to know the information that the Area Manager for Turnham Green (District line) holds on this matter.

Thank you for your request received on 28 August 2018 asking for information about a customer complaint made at Turnham Green Station.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require. Please find the requested information attached.

Please note that in accordance with TfL’s obligations under Data Protection legislation some personal data has been removed, as required by section 40(2) of the FOI Act. This is because disclosure of this personal data would be a breach of the legislation, specifically the first principle which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would not be fair to disclose this personal information when the individuals have no expectation it would be disclosed and TfL has not satisfied one of the conditions which would make the processing ‘fair’.
