Can I ask do TFL document how many times people write in because they are late for work due to TFL and can I have this. We actually pay for this service which make us late for work.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 10 August 2019 asking for information about delays on London Underground services.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.

I can advise that we do not hold the information you require - you have specifically asked for information relating to how many times people write in because they are late for work due to TfL. We do not record this information in a way which would enable us to answer this question. We do received complaints when there are delays or disruptions to services, but we do not record whether someone was subsequently late for work. This is information which customers may choose to share with us when raising a complaint, but to advise you on the number of these would require us to read the content of any such complaint to see if there was such information provided.
