1) Can you please send me a list of the top 10 reasons that underground passengers said was the reason why they didn’t have the required ticket to get through the tube gate? IN 2016 2) For each of the excuses, can you tell me approximately how many of the passengers came up with the excuse 3) Can you please give the same information asked in Q1 and Q2 to Q3?

This information is not recorded in a way which would enable us to answer your request. To provide you with a response would entail reading through the records for each incident in order to ascertain whether any such reason was given and recorded. This task would take an excessive amount of time.
