I would like to request the monetary cost to taxpayers of all of the COMCAB journeys that are not refunded by COMCAB each month because they have been cancelled through the COMCAB app or any other way for example through telephone cancellation please include the details for the last five years For each month

Thank you for your request received on 3 October 2021 asking for information about ComCab cancelled journeys.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. 

We do not hold the information you have requested as ComCab journeys for disabled taxi card holders is administered by London Councils. Therefore we believe they will hold the information you have requested. They can be contacted directly via their website:
