I request Under freedom of Information Act, 2000. Request Following Information.
1. TfL, Driver Private Hire Licencing, Employees, (A) How many are British citizens? (B) How many are EU & EEA Citizens? (C) How many are citizens from each of this Continent of the world; Antarctica? North America? South America? Australia/Oceania? Asia? Africa? And Switzerland?
2. Why there is No Signature on your responses, as a Civil servant you are obliged by law to answer to any Civic Citizen, by not signing is a denial of ownership of response, very clear within the Law governing Local Authorities

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 2nd August 2024 asking for data on the nationality of staff in our Taxi and Private Hire team. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked: “TfL, Driver Private Hire Licencing, Employees, (A) How many are British citizens? (B) How many are EU & EEA Citizens? (C) How many are citizens from each of this Continent of the world; Antarctica? North America? South America? Australia/Oceania? Asia? Africa? And Switzerland?”.
I am afraid that Tfl does not hold the requested information. Prior to employment we carry out checks to confirm whether people have the right to work in this country, but we do not keep a record of staff nationality.
