Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 24 October, and your clarification email of 28 October 2020, asking for information about a banned right turn on Southwark Park Road at the junction with Jamaica Road.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require.

The banned right turn is from Jamaica Road turning right into Southwark Park Road.
As pictured below, the signs have been there since 2008 and we have not issued any PCNs since then at this location.
We intermittently monitor all locations across our network to ensure compliance and should it become necessary to begin enforcing then we will do so.
We therefore do not have a date when enforcement may occur.
