Thank you for your detailed reply and apologies for the later response, however could you clarify some of the requested information please:
7) You have stated earlier within these replies:
"We can advise that the 032238 Area Manager campaign referenced above is
the only campaign to have taken place in the last 18 months....
There were 18 permanent appointments made for Area Managers."

7b) Could you provide the original requested table for AM appointments for the 032238 campaign complete with BAME profiles/requisite lines/areas, in the format that you have also provided for the 10 AM appointments that you kindly listed for other AM permanent appointments ?

Thank you for your request received by us on 29 September 2021 asking for information about recruitment for the 032238 Area Manager campaign, following your previous requests for information (references: 1108/09/1110-2122).
As mentioned previously, the following part of your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy, whilst the remainder of your correspondence will be addressed by our Human Resources team upon receiving clarification to enable them to respond accordingly. I can confirm that we hold the information you require below:

However, in reference to your request for a breakdown of the BAME profile for each individual to be listed alongside the data provided above, because of the small number of employees concerned, this information is exempt from disclosure under section 40(2) of the FOI Act, as disclosure of the individual racial profile, even though anonymised, would be a breach of the legislation, specifically the first principle of Article 5 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which requires personal data to be processed lawfully, fairly and transparently. These individuals would have a reasonable expectation that the information we hold about them would not be disclosed in a manner that would identify any particular person and it would be unfair to them to do so.This exemption to the right of access to information is an absolute exemption and not subject to an assessment of whether the public interest favours use of the exemption.
