Is this type of map created for a specific issue (in this example, for consultation of a boundary change), or is this map generated from already-existing information.

If this is generated from already-existing information, how far geographically does that data extend?

I can advise that while the above map has been generated specifically for the consultation on changes to the Congestion Charge, it has been generated using designs for the layout changes proposed at Old Street. The extent of the full design is a few metres (c10-25m) larger than that shown in the plan.
