Dear Transport for London (TfL), I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would like to receive information held by TfL on footfall stats at Kensal Rise tube station during Notting Hill Carnival. Specifically I would like to know: Please provide data on how many people are estimated to have used Kensal Rise tube station during Notting Hill Carnival in 2018, 2019, 2022 and 2023, broken down by year (and also by day Sunday/Monday). If this request is too wide or unclear, I would be grateful if you could contact me as I understand that under the Act you are required to advise and assist requesters. If any of this information is already in the public domain, please can you direct me to it, with page references and URLs if necessary. I understand that you are required to respond to my request within the 20 working days after you receive this letter. I would be grateful if you could confirm in writing that you have received this request.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm we hold some of the information you require. You specifically asked: I would like to receive information held by TfL on footfall stats at Kensal Rise tube station during Notting Hill Carnival. Specifically I would like to know: Please provide data on how many people are estimated to have used Kensal Rise tube station during Notting Hill Carnival in 2018, 2019, 2022 and 2023, broken down by year (and also by day Sunday/Monday).  If this request is too wide or unclear, I would be grateful if you could contact me as I understand that under the Act you are required to advise and assist requesters.
