Thank you very much for the traffic data which you kindly supplied and which we have now reviewed.
We were disappointed that the data supplied relate to only a few roads within the Redington Frognal Neighbourhood Plan Area. We wondered if you might also have traffic counts for any other roads and, if so, we should like to request these in addition.
We should also require the baseline traffic counts, for all the roads for which you have supplied data, in order to assess the significance of changes to the traffic counts, and should be grateful if you could let us have these as well.
I am attaching an Excel document with a map of the Lower Super Output Areas comprising the Redington Frognal Neighbourhood Plan Area.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 10 September 2017 asking for information on the Cycle Superhighway 11 (CS11) traffic data.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold some of the information you require.
The strategic model used to assess the CS11 proposals covers most of North London – from the Thames to the M25 between approximately Wembley, Stanmore and Watford in the West to Epping, Chigwell and Wanstead near M11 in the east. Due to the scale and nature of the strategic model, it is not best practice to include every road as this would lead to unreliable results. This is especially the case for smaller, residential roads which are mainly used by local traffic. As such, not every road in your area of interest is included in the model, but we are able to provide you with some further information as follows:
