Two local bus stops do not have appropriate seating for the elderly in Gipsy Hill, yet are located next to one of the area’s largest GP group practices and multiple schools. To assess their use, please can you
1) The number of passengers oyster tapping on to the No 3 and No 322 bus service for the last 12 months that records are available, show taps for North and South bound separately per bus stop (or hail and ride section).
2) Data on passenger numbers at Tfl bus stops for the No3 and No 322 bus service from passenger surveys that TfL carry on how many get on and off at all bus stops. Please provide information from last two surveys periods.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 9 September 2022, asking about passenger numbers on bus routes 3 and 322.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked for:
1) The number of passengers oyster tapping on to the No 3 and No 322 bus service for the last 12 months that records are available, show taps for North and South bound separately per bus stop (or hail and ride section).
Please find the attached table showing all boardings by stop and direction on routes 3 and 322 between 26 September 2021 and 24 September 2022.
2) Data on passenger numbers at Tfl bus stops for the No3 and No 322 bus service from passenger surveys that TfL carry on how many get on and off at all bus stops. Please provide information from last two surveys periods.
We carry out ad hoc surveys and don’t survey all stops along a bus route. Results from the two most recent surveys for routes 3 and 322 are shown in the attached spreadsheet.
