Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked:

how many of your drivers or other safety critical staff have a hearing impairment and are permitted to use a hearing aid to perform their duties?
I am specifically interested in this for TFL rail (future Elizabeth line).

I can advise that we have four drivers that are hearing impaired and use hearing aids on the TfL Rail network.
