I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. In order to assist you with this request, I am outlining my query as specifically as possible.
In a Public Consultation document issued by Tower Hamlets Council (LBTH) on 7-7-22, a proposal was made by the Council to remove the Wapping Bus Gate in the St Katharine and Wapping Ward. An FoIA request I lodged with LBTH in August 2022 has revealed that an email between a TfL member of staff and Tower Hamlets staff made reference to two documents containing what has been described as "bus speed data" relating directly to the beneficial effects of the Wapping Bus Gate (see capture below). Following on from that I would be grateful if you would provide me with the following:
• The Word document "Wapping Bus Gate Monitoring Data.docx shown in the capture below.
• 20220721_iBusData_Wapping Bus Gate.csv shown in the capture below.
Both these files were in an email titled "RE: Wapping Buses" sent from TfL to LBTH on 21-7-22:

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
