TfL Ref: FOI-1386-2122
Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 27th September 2021 asking for information about train drivers being contact-traced by the NHS app.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“Please may you provide me with:
The number of trains cancelled between 01/07/2021 and 31/08/2021 as a result of drivers being contact traced by the NHS App.”
TfL does not hold the requested information. The availability of train drivers is affected by a number of different factors, ranging from operational incidents to COVID and non-COVID related absence. It is not possible to correlate directly the cancellation of a train journey with the specific absence of a driver.
Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal as well as information on copyright and what to do if you would like to re-use any of the information we have disclosed.
Yours sincerely,
