Many thanks for your email and responses which are appreciated. I have spoken to MPS and they inform me that the 20mph limit come under the jurisdiction of Local Borough. I have mailed LBE and to date they have failed to acknowledge my email or seemingly have not done anything. Is there any possibility if I can receive information on the speeds of vehicles at this device? That will assist me on this matter and making representation to LBE.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 22nd September 2021 asking for traffic speed data on Argyle Road, London W13.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
I can confirm that we hold the information you require. The data in the attached spreadsheet (which contains multiple worksheets) shows the average daily flows per hour over each month and breaks the flows down into speed brackets. Please note that the primary role of the Automatic Traffic Counter (ATC) is to count flows and not to record speed. We do not validate the speeds recorded by the ATC so their accuracy cannot be guaranteed. This data is also raw data so may be affected by periods of outages. Currently the ATC is offline so the most recent year of data available runs from August 2020 to July 2021.
