Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 7 September 2022 asking for information about Taxi & Private Hire vehicles.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require. You asked:

The information you have requested has recently be provided in response to another Freedom of Information request, which is published on our website here:
As explained in this response, taxi and private hire vehicles are licensed on an annual basis and where there is a period of relicensing some data in the vehicle records are overwritten to reflect the new licence. Therefore, we are unable to provide the information for a set time period, and instead have provided a snapshot of all licensed taxi and private hire vehicles as of 8 September 2022.
