Thank you for your email received by us on 17 August 2018 asking for information about complaints relating to Uber that are posted on Twitter.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.  Your request is as follows:
 
Every day I see photos of Uber’s driving wrong way on one way streets, stopping on zigzags, driving on pavement, touting people on streets,parking on Taxi ranks, using illuminated uber signage in windows. TfL ask for date time and place. Could I please see the list of all these complaints reported to @tfltph and the consequences or repremands to each offence I’ve listed above. Please also include any other complaints I may of forgotten to list. I watch twitter every day and I’m sure there had been at least 12-20 complaints a day since 2012

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested as complaints of the nature you have described are recorded against the driver, as they may be working for one or more operator and are therefore classified as driver complaints.
