Transport for London issued a notice in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) under the reference 2011/S 193-314337 on 5 October 2011. The requirement was competitively tendered under the Restricted Procedure in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2006. Contracts were awarded in November 2012.
