I would like to request the following information be provided as required under the Freedom of Information Act (2000):
• Any data sharing agreements, written arrangements or contracts under which Transport for London and Govia Thameslink Railways (GTR) share Health and/or Sickness data about employees of GTR
• Any Data Protection Impact Assessment(s) Transport for London have made regarding sharing or processing of employees health and/or sickness data with GTR.
• Any Data Protection Impact Assessment(s) GTR may have provided to Transport for London regarding processing of employee health and/or sickness data

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
We do not have any agreements with Govia Thameslink Railways (GTR) for the sharing of Health and/or Sickness data about employees of GTR. We therefore also do not hold any relevant Data Protection Impact Assessment(s)
