Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request the details of how QSI results are calculated on London Buses. I am specifically after guidance on the details of QSI calculations - and the details hat constitutes a QSI observation, including things like the 30% rule and the 4 stops rule for both high and low frequency routes.
