Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 28th July 2023 asking for information about the shift allowance for NMCC People Managers.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“In the Network Management Control Centre (NMCC), Floor 2, Palestra, from transformation in January 2019 to date, can you advise the shift allowance that the People Managers receive.”
I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
For permanent members of staff in the NMCC People Managers role the shift allowance is 18% of their salary. This may vary slightly for staff seconded into the role, depending on the terms and conditions of their substantive role.
