Could you please tell me the latest cost estimate of the Lea Bridge to Dalston cycle scheme. That is the works in Milfields Park, Lea Bridge Road from Chatsworth Road, the Lea Bridge Roundabout, Downs Park Road and the Boleyn Road junction.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 27th September 2021 asking for information about the cost of the Leabridge to Dalston cycle scheme.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“Could you please tell me the latest cost estimate of the Lea Bridge to Dalston cycle scheme. That is the works in Milfields Park, Lea Bridge Road from Chatsworth Road, the Lea Bridge Roundabout, Downs Park Road and the Boleyn Road junction.”
The Cycleway improvements between Lea Bridge and Dalston are being delivered in collaboration with the London Borough of Hackney. The full extents as proposed in the two public consultations are being delivered as multiple projects.
The improvements between Clapton and Dalston that were consulted on between 17 July and 19 September 2019 have an estimated final cost of £3.0m.
The improvements between Lea Bridge and Clapton that were consulted on between 17 October and 16 December 2019 have an estimated final cost of £12.1m.
