F/on from FOI-1199 Can you tell me whether TFL are aware or have had any reports where the loop hearing system doesn't work or is faulty in the MERCEDES VITO taxis for the 3 months between February 2020 - May 2020.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 8 September 2021 asking for information about complaints.
 
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.

We have conducted a search of TPH complaints containing the words "Vito" and/or "hearing loop" for the period 1 February 2020 to 31 May 2020 and, having reviewed the results, we can confirm that we do not hold any information relevant to your request.
