I wish to make the below request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
I request a copy of the concession agreement (or any other agreements) between Transport for London (or any TFL subsidiaries) and BAI Communications in respect of the concession to provide mobile coverage on the London Underground.
Please also confirm the total amount that TFL have contractually committed to spend under the above concession agreement in respect of the provision by BAI Communications of 4G mobile services.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 23 September 2021 asking for information about the BAI Communications Concession Agreement.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked for: a copy of the concession agreement (or any other agreements) between Transport for London (or any TFL subsidiaries) and BAI Communications in respect of the concession to provide mobile coverage on the London Underground. Please also confirm the total amount that TFL have contractually committed to spend under the above concession agreement in respect of the provision by BAI Communications of 4G mobile services.
In accordance with section 21 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to supply you with a copy of the requested information as it is already accessible to you elsewhere.
In answer to the second part of your request, TfL is not contractually committed to spend anything on 4G mobile services with BAI.
