We are representing a client who was involved in an RTC on Brixton Road, at the junction with Atlantic Road on 17th December 2021.
Crucial to our client’s case is the sequence in which the traffic lights operated at this junction.
In order for us to deal with this matter, please provide a Traffic Light Sequence report for the lights at the junction of Brixton Road and Atlantic Road (B223), for the time period between 15:50 and 16:30 on 17th December.

Thank you for your request received by us on 1 September 2022 asking for a traffic light sequence at the junction of Brixton Road and Atlantic Road. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
I can confirm that we hold the information you require. However, for a detailed explanation of the operation of the signals we would need to prepare a traffic signal sequencing report. A distinct process exist for this information, for which there is a charge. Should you wish to proceed, please send a request directly to [email protected]who will advise further.
