I am writing in terms of the New Road & Street Works Act for information on which Utility had an opening notice/permit to carry out street works (excavation) at Craven Rd, Tyburnia, London W2 3BP under our reference I.PD.22.43992.
Could you please go back 15 years from 04/08/2022 as we are investigating a latent damage to Virgin Media apparatus at this location.
Also if possible give the date of when and if any resurfacing works been carried out by yourselves.
Could you kindly include this message with your response and provide the information as an electronic copy.
