Since the new ferries were purchased/up and running. 1) How many times from start of crossing only are one boat running instead of two. 2) How many times from start of crossing no boat running at all.

Thank you for your letter received by us on 16 September 2021 asking for information about services provided by the Woolwich Ferry Crossing.
 
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked:
 
Since the new ferries were purchased/up and running.
  1. How many times from start of crossing only are one boat running instead of two.
  2. How many times from start of crossing no boat running at all.
Please see the following details for when we operated a one vessel service and also when we have had no service, since the new boats were introduced. This data refers to the period from 5 January 2020 to 18 September 2021, as captured by our reporting systems.
 
No Service
