Can I buy or have the Barbie poster advertising the release of the movie in the Underground Station- King’s Cross- Piccadilly line? (or any other copies as I have seen many)

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 25 July 2023 asking for information about a film poster featured on the London Underground.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. You asked:
Can I buy or have the barbie poster advertising the release of the movie in the underground station- king’s cross- piccadilly line? (or any other copies as i have seen many)
I am afraid we are not able to provide a copy of this film poster. Posters displayed on the TfL network are managed by our Media Partner, Global. However, neither TfL nor Global own the rights to the posters and so we cannot issue copies without the owner’s permission. Given TfL does not own the rights, a digital copy of the poster is therefore exempt from disclosure under section 41 of the Freedom of Information Act on the basis that it constitutes information provided in confidence.
