In this TechCrunch article it states that TfL were investigating complaints about Hailo's minimum fare. "Asked about TfL investigating complaints about the price hike she described it as being engaged in a “conversation” with the local authority cab licensing body" Can I widen the search please to all emails from June 2013 - December 2013 between TfLTPH department & Hailo that references the minimum fare?
