You asked

I'd like to know what % of Oyster PAYG users are in auto top up and how this performance has compared over time, particularly after spending time and money on the 2009 report I downloaded on your website. So, what % of PAYG users utilised the auto top up functionality for 2009,2010,2011,2012,2013,2014,2015,2016,2017 and 2018 - expressed as a % of all PAYG users. How does this compare against target?

  1. The date range is between 01 April to 31 March the following year.
  2. The data is specifically for newly issued Oyster cards compared to Oyster cards enabled for Auto top-up (ATU) in the same year.

There are no targets in relation to ATU.
