Request ID: FOI-1326-1920
Date published: 28 August 2019
You asked
I'd like to know what % of Oyster PAYG users are in auto top up and how this performance has compared over time, particularly after spending time and money on the 2009 report I downloaded on your website.
So, what % of PAYG users utilised the auto top up functionality for 2009,2010,2011,2012,2013,2014,2015,2016,2017 and 2018 - expressed as a % of all PAYG users.
How does this compare against target?
