It has been reported that GLA bodies are putting on a number of events to provide information on the draft Mayor's Transport Strategy out for consultation.
Please provide
* a list of each event that has taken place since 20 June 2017 or is planned up to 2 Oct 2017, including an indication of the date, location and audience.
* a set of publicity materials issued by any GLA bodies (such as TFL or the Mayor's Office) for any event.
I would like to receive the list by email, please (PDF or Word file fine).
If the materials are up to 90MB in total size, I would like to receive them in original electronic format (such as PDF, PowerPoint) by email. Oherwise I am happy to collect them by arrangement from GLA group offices to save you postage.
I trust that is being as specific as possible, and fully clear, but please ring me ASAP on 07976 414913 if anything needs clarifying.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 30 August 2017 asking for information about any events to provide information on the draft Mayor's Transport Strategy (MTS).
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.
Please find attached a pdf calendar of all of the events the MTS team have presented to over the period to date. The yellow highlight denotes meetings arranged directly by either ourselves or City Hall. The others are third party organised events which we provided a speaker.
All of these were stakeholder engagement events and were publicised by invite. Please find attached an example invite to one of the stakeholder engagement events we organised.
