Good Afternoon, I am requesting CCTV footage capturing an incident involving my mother falling on a bus on at approximately xxxx on xxxx September as a result of driver error. I am afraid that TfL does not hold the requested information. London's bus services are operated by private bus companies on behalf of TfL. CCTV on London buses is the responsibility of the company that runs that particular service or route, and any recorded footage is held by those companies rather than TfL. If you require access to CCTV footage from a bus you should contact the company who operates that particular route.
