Please can you disclose, preferably by PDF, the copy advice submission and anything received back relating to the Universal Pictures/JC Decaux poster for the cinema release of Black Phone seen at bus stops and/or rail panels in June 2022 and a copy of any approval given for it by TFL to the production/distribution company or advertising agency.

Thank you for your request received on 31 August 2022 asking for information about the poster for the film ‘Black Phone’.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
We do not hold the information you have requested. The advertising campaign in question was not referred to Transport for London (TfL) for review. It was reviewed by our Media Partners, JC Decaux, for bus shelters and Global for the rail sites in line with the TfL Advertising Policy and deemed to be suitable to run on TfL sites.
