In the TfL consultation document on proposed changes to bus route 428, TfL states "Route 428 receives no financial support from Kent County Council.” Gareth Bacon would like to be provided with all correspondence from January 2018 through to July 2019 between TfL and Kent County Council relating TfL’s request for funding contributions from Kent County Council.

Thank you for clarifying your request for correspondence between TfL and Kent County Council regarding our request for funding contributions for bus route 428.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.
I can confirm that we do not have any correspondence with Kent County Council concerning funding contributions for route 428 specifically. If any third party wants to propose making a financial contribution towards funding either routes 428 or 492 TfL would be happy to consider this.
